Project: Over 2,500 Valves & Electric Actuators – Integration & Supply
We integrated and supplied valves ranging in sizes from 1″ to 32″. All of which were rigorously tested at our facility in Singapore to ensure the best reliability.
Delivered without major issues or delays, the project is a testament to our quality control and project management.
We established a satellite company in Indonesia to provide robust after-sales support which aligns with our commitment to long-term success for our clients.

Project: Over 500 Pneumatic Valves Supply & Support
(Phase 1A, 2A, 2C & 2D)
We integrated and supplied over 525 pneumatic valves, including on/off and emergency shutdown (ESD) valves where we designed the valve schematic to optimize functionality and integration works.
To date, we are still supporting Stolthaven Singapore through shutdowns and new expansion projects. Demonstrating our commitment to long-term partnership and reliable after-sales service.

Project: Over 280 Motor-Operated Valve Supply & Customized Limit Switch Integration (PosiMech)
The project featured our in-house product, PosiMech, which provides a robust and reliable limit switch integration for multi-turn valves.
The PosiMech system continues to deliver exceptional durability and performance even after a decade since commissioning.
Client: ATT Tanjung Bin Malaysia
Project: Supply & Integration of Double Block and Bleed Gate Valves
We supplied over 100 of our patented Posiwell Double Block and Bleed Gate Valves to ATT Tanjung Bin in Malaysia.
Designed for maximum flow, our PosiWell full-bore valves deliver 2-3 times the flow rate of traditional reduced-bore DBB plug valves, while ensuring in-line verifiable zero leakage.
The project was a major success, with Trisome and Posiwell receiving awards for achieving zero lost-time injuries and a commemorative plaque of the terminal as a token of appreciation.

Supply of 100 Posiwell Valves Across Multiple Sites Globally
Over the years, we have supplied over 100 Posiwell DBB DIB-1 Gate Valves to various Vopak terminals. Each valve was meticulously tested to meet the demanding operational requirements of their facilities.
